1.      Ensure maritime safety, security and protection of the marine environment;

2.      Strengthen maritime governance through the effective implementation and enforcement of the responsibilities of a flag State, port State and coastal State.

3.      Maritime Human Resource Development; Raising standards of competence of Myanmar seafarers and promotion employment opportunities;

၁။      ရေကြောင်းအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေး၊လုံခြုံရေးနှင့်ရေထုညစ်ညမ်းမှုကာကွယ်တားဆီးရေး၊

၂။      သင်္ဘောအလံတင်နိုင်ငံ၊ ဆိပ်ကမ်းနိုင်ငံနှင့် ကမ်းရိုးတန်းနိုင်ငံ၏ တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများကို ထိရောက်စွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြင့် ရေကြောင်းဘက် ဆိုင်ရာအုပ်ချုပ်မှုယန္တရား ခိုင်မာအားကောင်းစေရေး။
